Meggy Jr

The MeggyJr RGB is a handheld kit developed by Evil Mad Scientist. It is based on the ATmega328P microcontrollerand uses an array of 8x8 color LEDs for display.

For me it is a nice excercise in minimal game design, trying to implement different game ideas that can be executed in 8x8 pixels.

I've also developed a small framework upon my Core Media Library that allows me to develop and run Meggy Jr programs PC-side, before implementing them on the actual hardware. This way i can also supply a PC-version for each rom that i publish.
